My name is Mitchel Johnson and I’m 23 and a recent college graduate, currently working full time as an Auditor.  I am planning to purchase my first investment property within the next 6 months or so. I’m looking for an agent who understands house-hacking and small residential investment strategies. Ideally, I’m targeting either a small multifamily (2–4 units) or a single-family home with a separate apartment/in-law suite that I could live in. I will likely be using an FHA loan, and my max budget is around $650K. I’ll be going through the process with my girlfriend and we’re serious and highly motivated.
