Selling a winterized house

The listing agent says she can’t successfully sell a house that has been winterized. Is that a legitimate excuse?

So what?  SHE can’t sell the house, doesn’t mean somewhat else can’t.  
James, based on your previous posts, you seem to have some kind of “chip on your shoulder” when it comes to licensed real estate broker/agents.  What’s up with that?
