Question for active real estate agents:
How are you currently handling lead follow-up when you're busy with showings or out of the office?
I've been working with a few agents on this and the biggest gap I keep seeing is the window between a lead coming in and the first response. Most leads go cold within an hour if nobody reaches out.
Curious what systems or processes you're using to stay on top of it, especially for leads that come in evenings or weekends.
