Wondering if any agents/brokers here on BP work on REO listings?
Curious how you made the initial connection with the banks / asset managers.
How is your golf game? First, it's business politics, then it's social, then it's how good are you? Best time to approach a bank is when they sell out to another bank, change of management or when a new one is going to open. Otherwise they already have a relationship with a broker and you'll be interfering with that agent/broker's relationship. :)
Also, don't bother if you don't have the money to pay for connection fees and repairs. It can be from 30 days to whenever to get repaid by certain asset managers. It's not a cheap niche to work.
