Real Estate Booth Ideas

I was given an opportunity to hold a booth promoting my business as a realtor.  It is held at a place where there would be a lot of professional attendees. I will be the only realtor there - the other business entrepreneurs are lawyers, interior designers, website designers etc so it is a great opportunity for me to build my business.

I am not allowed to bring in a laptop as they do not want one display to overpower the others' around so I am settling for flyers and maybe some promo gifts.

Has anyone ever done a street booth or a table in a public place before? I would appreciate your ideas on how to make the event a successful one. My main goal would be to generate leads that lead to closed transactions. Thank you.

that's awesome.  Work on your offers.  Specifically you need a seller offer and a buyer offer and a combo.

buyers want homes. Offer to email them homes that match what they're looking for.

Sellers want to sell fast and for top dollar. Fashion an offer to compel them into an appointment at their house.  And don't waste your time with sellers. If they're aren't going to sell in the next month or so you don't want to waste your time with a listing presentation when they aren't going to list with you no matter what they say.

For sellers who want to buy first make the buyer offer then when you book that, offer to come to their house if it makes sense for the listing and taking their buy criteria. For sellers who want to sell first make the seller offer. Then make the buyer offer.

Work on your questions to determine timing and motivation so you knew what offer to make or to make any offer at all.  And remember get them to commit to the benefit before asking for an appointment.

Also work on your value proposition. You have to give them a reason to work with you over any other option.

Good luck!
