Appraiser needed

I'm looking for an appraiser who can perform an appraisal on homes as part of the listing process.  Somebody who can give me a 30 day valuation.  This is just for me and the seller, and possibly a prospective buyer but that would be case by case.  I need somebody with experience enough to avoid mistakes as there is little margin for error here.  I also need somebody familiar with the Orange County market, specifically Orange and the surrounding cities. Please message me with your phone number if this interests you and you think you fit the bill.
