Nationwide real estate licence. Is something like this exist?

If not, is it realistic to have real estate licence in many sates?

No, you must be licensed in each state.     Real estate sales is a mostly localized business, so I'm not sure what the value of a national license would be.   I could see getting an extra state or two license if you lived near a border, but how am I going to provide adequate support and market knowledge to a client looking to buy or sell in, say, NYC?
