Is Disclosure for renting necessary?

Hi there. 

I just past my realtor salesperson test and am excited to use this license for some investing! I was wondering if licensed realtors must disclose that they are licensed when renting out their own personal properties? I know ya necessary for selling and conducting most business regarding real estate. If I have to, then I will be needing to have every person I show a property to, for renting, sign a disclosure statement.
