I passed my exam two weeks ago, very exciting moment.

What books, courses, and resources should I be consuming to start working on a successful career.

One thing I would consider is that many new agents are lured to small no name shops with high commission splits. I can see why keeping 95% or 100% of your commission can be attractive. However 100% of zero is $0.  Many large name national brokerages will have much better training, but might only start you off at 50% split.  So I would look to whoever has the best training in your area, and that will likely provide more value than almost anything you can read in a book.
