Access to the MLS
Good Morning BPC,
I know that agents have access to the MLS, but is there anyway that a non-agent can get access to it as well?

Like many mentioned if you have an agent you know and that trusts you they may be able to give you "secretary access" they can give you as much access they want. Not many agents will be willing to do this and they will have to run it by their managing broker if they aren't their own.
The first thing I did when I started in real estate investing was to get my license. That has proved to be one of the most valuable things I have ever done. I took online classes and took me about 2 weeks time.
