Hey All, I am looking at building my team, and I currently require a Real estate agent in the Toronto/GTA area that is investor friendly for purchasing and selling. Ideally my first 4 deals will be fix and flips and then will focus on BRRR to generate a monthly cash flow. I am a newbie and this will be my first deal. Thank you.
