Hi Gigi H. , I am a full time bookkeeper and can vouch for both quickbooks desktop and quickbooks online to manage your rental. I have a client who is custom high end home developer, and I have him running his accounting all through quickbooks desktop. It's extremely user friendly and the functionality offers many benefits for small to large sized businesses. Quickbooks online is relatively cheap, with a fee of $10/mth (in canada). Please let me know if you have any questions. Best Regards, Matthew Torres

Hey All, I am looking at building my team, and I currently require a Real estate agent in the Toronto/GTA area that is investor friendly for purchasing and selling. Ideally my first 4 deals will be fix and flips and then will focus on BRRR to generate a monthly cash flow. I am a newbie and this will be my first deal. Thank you.

Hello BP members, I would like to introduce myself, Matt from Toronto, Ontario. I currently work full time as a bookkeeper and accounting admin to various small businesses in the GTA. I am an avid listener to the BP podcast and appreciate all the advice and info from the guests. I am goal oriented, highly motivated, hard working and have a passion for travelling. For some time now, I have obtained an interest in entering the real estate investing field, Coming from an accounting background you can see why :). My goals are to eventually grow a business that requires me to see different properties, assess them, rehab them and either flip them or retain them for the long term. I appreciate any guidance and tips. I do not have any real estate investing experience and would like to be pointed in the right direction. I have read many investing books, and any other suggestions would be appreciated. On a side note, I will be moving to Dayton, Ohio in 2-3 years and would appreciate anyone from there that can provide me any advice and tips as well as advice from relocating from Canada to the USA would be appreciated. I look forward to meeting you. Thank you.
