Electronic Contract Signing - Docusign

Anyone out there in SC using electronic document signing sites for contracts?  Are e-signed docs recognized as legal docs in SC?  

 (York, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Lake Wylie, Clover, Columbia, Florence, Greenville, Spartanburg, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Aiken, Chester, etc)

I know authentisign comes with our board dues, does an e-sign site come with yours?

I'd just hate to see @Kelvin Letron Brantley pay for one of those out there if he already has it available with dues.
