New agent seeking advice

Hello to all. I am a new agent, having just received my license in the mail. Now it is time for me to join a brokerage. I'm looking for a firm that I can do both Commercial and Residential, and be somewhat flexible with my schedule. I'm also looking to receive the best training possible. Any suggestions / recommendations?

I was going through the same process just a few weeks ago. I did a lot research and what I've learned from glass door brokers reviews that KW offers the best training, also they offer continuing education even after you are on your feet. I went to one of their meetings and it was great. They had few speakers, a lot of experienced agents were there just to stay on top of the game. Overall I think it's great company to start due to their extensive training.
I didn't go with them just because I was fortune to find a mentor which I consider a better choice, but it's my personal preferences.
Also look at the terms of the contract how much is the split and fees, however experience is probably more important aspect than financial side of it at the beginning.
Best of luck to you!
