Buying Agent VS Selling Agent

I am in the process of getting my real estate license and am curious as to what the consensus may be on what skill set, as either a buyers agent or sellers agent, my lend itself better to investing in general. I'm sure there is not a clear cut answer, but what pros and cons may there be to choosing one path as an agent vs the other.

Focus on buyers cause they're easier to get.  Once you build up some reserves and are able to have a marketing budget then focus on listings and buyers.  Focusing on buyers gives opportunity for double ending and are a great selling point during a listing presentation.  Generally speaking listings are easier to work once you have them but harder to get.  Also focusing hard on listings will bring more opportunity for finding those magic deals that fit an investors numbers.  Flippers especially. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!
