Has anyone used zipyourflyer or propertyblast to market houses (already listed on the mls) to buyer's agents ?

if you have, just curious if you have any feedback?  I know how most people feel about spam emails.

I have used them, and also receive them in my email.   I check to see what area the zip your flyer from. I do look at it if it is in my area. I can't tell if I ever have had any actual positive results from it, but I use it and also look at them, so i figure others do to.
