Hi fellow Bigger Pocketers,

I am looking for a real estate agent who can partner with me as I'm looking to buy a house or condo/townhouse around July 2017 in northern Virginia. I am looking for a real estate agent who is not embarrassed to relay low offers to the sellers' real estate agent (10-20% lower of asking price) and someone who has investing experience and knows the ins and outs of northern Virginia. So in an incredibly hot market where most properties are receiving 5 or more offers you want to offer 20% below list price? There is probably a better use of your time than trying to go with that strategy.
