Structural work in the basment could reduce the home value?

Gentelmans, whould like to get an advise - house was built on 1955, at the past few years there some major structural work done.

The main bulge/crack has been secured along the long wall at the back of the house.

Are infrastructure problems as noted despite where fixed could affect the property value? discourage buyers from buying.? Thanks

I agree with Jonathan Greene , get a structural engineer in and have him sign off (with stamp) that everything structurally is good. Include this in the marketing packet you provide to prospective buyers.

Even a home inspector (typically) won't question an engineer's signature. :)
