Gentelmans, whould like to get an advise - house was built on 1955, at the past few years there some major structural work done.

The main bulge/crack has been secured along the long wall at the back of the house.

Are infrastructure problems as noted despite where fixed could affect the property value? discourage buyers from buying.? Thanks
