VA's For Cold Calling

I've read a few other threads about this but I need some help. I'm looking to delegate all of our cold calling to a VA. I've posted a few adds on freelancer sites but all of the prospects need major training. I'm looking for a place that has real estate VA's for a good price. Preferably ones that can skip trace, but if need be I can do that also. I've pretty much personally been doing this since I started wholesaling and I can't waste my time on it anymore, it's slowing me way down!

Upwork.com currently. There's actually been a couple very experienced VA's to apply since I posted this, but they far more expensive than normal. I might bite the bullet and pay a decent price, the one lady has great english skills and her own scripts. She also has been trained for cold calling in the wholesale model. I guess you get what you pay for.

I don't know the numbers, but I'd be inclined to go this way.  Hire good people and pay them, especially if the difference isn't a factor or 2 or 3 or something.  What is your time work trying to train somebody?
