eXp Realtor here... thinking about making a switch. Am I crazy?

I got my FL real estate license back in Sept, picked eXp Realty as my broker and found a local team and was off.... I have written 5 offers, closed one deal, and closing another in a couple weeks.

I had something happen on my team and I am no longer wanting to be on my team- enter dilemma.

The top teams in my area are all KW. I really wanted to be on a team from the beginning to learn the ropes and have people I could meet with in person.

Now I am not sure if I want to stay with eXp and be a single agent ( I am confident in the training but who do I call for simple questions, or chat with about random real estate going ons, etc?) I am sure there is a way with eXp but a HUGE part of me wants to join a well known team and learn from them.

I literally do not know what to do. I met with my team lead and have to give them an answer ASAP- like today. Please help, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Being on a team in the first couple years in business can be very beneficial. I suggest it for most people, especially if they dont already have a sales/business background.

Failure rate for the industry is 87%. Teams help set you up to succeed and learn the business.
