Low income housing developers

Hey guys,

My market has a need for low income housing and we have a lot of land. I see all the time people asking for rentals under 1000/1100 a month and there currently isn’t anything in that area on the market that I can find. So. I’m trying to locate a developer that I can try and talk to to convince to invest in the area. One of the fastest growing areas of the country on the coast of NC. Any ideas you guys can throw out would be awesome. Thanks
