Agent "Floor Time"

My broker offers "floor time" opportunities for agents on a first-come-first-serve basis each month. You have the chance to take calls from people calling in about listings and things of this sort.

Does anyone have any expeierence with "floor time" with your broker, whether good or bad, and if so, do you think there is a better time than others? For instance Monday mornings vs. Friday afternoons etc etc.

I found floor time to be a good time to learn how to talk to buyers and qualify leads. It is a good way to learn to deal with people over the phone. I never found any real buyers doing it, but I think overall it was a good experience the few times I did it early on.
