Combo CRM/site host that's not 100 billion dollars??

Hi all!

Any recommendations for a good combo supplier for CRM plus website builder/hosting with IDX? Would prefer a DIY site builder with templates & a user-friendly interface. So far the combo ones seem to run ~$70-$90/mo plus $600-$1000 setup.

Is that just the going rate for combo options? Setup seems pretty steep for DIY. If so, any recommendation on who's worth the $$?

I'm pretty tech handy but new to the RE agent technology. Thanks!!

I built this website using Wordpress and IDX Broker. It's the least expensive, highest impact that I could find. greatcoloradohomes.com

If you have any questions about it, I'd be glad to help. There are so many options that it can be hard to find something that works. Websitebox.com may be a good solution as well.
