Anyone have experience with a good staging company in SE Michigan? I'm curious for myself (as an investor) as well as having a company to recommend to clients (as an agent).
I have Angies List access, but looking for anyone with personal experience. Thanks all!

Definitely take Namir George's class at MIRE - he is awesome! I took the 1 week class in Livonia and never looked back. He's got the gift. I also got his Top Producer online classes and the exam prep disc - passed the test first time out and was the first one done. Good luck!

Honestly, that might something that's proprietary to each investor. I read a book where they guys talked about spending hours and hours at the Depot creating their own database of direct costs, plus talking to their contractors to estimate per-hour or per-job labor costs.
I'm not aware of any, but there might be software out there you could buy or license. I've always thought Lowes or HD should offer that as an option for investors/contractors - sell a license to their product database. LMK if you run into anything like that!
Post: Combo CRM/site host that's not 100 billion dollars??

Hi all!
Any recommendations for a good combo supplier for CRM plus website builder/hosting with IDX? Would prefer a DIY site builder with templates & a user-friendly interface. So far the combo ones seem to run ~$70-$90/mo plus $600-$1000 setup.
Is that just the going rate for combo options? Setup seems pretty steep for DIY. If so, any recommendation on who's worth the $$?
I'm pretty tech handy but new to the RE agent technology. Thanks!!

You could look into rehab loans as part of a personal mortgage, if the properties don't qualify (e.g. no kitchen). FHA offers the 203b, or Home Path offers reno mortgages on Fannie & Freddie properties. Not sure of the reqs if its a NOO/investor loan, but may be a place to start digging.....good luck!

Prob the easiest way would be to save each doc as a PDF then combine them all into 1 PDF. For websites, if static shots are OK just use print screen or the W7 snipper tool & paste into PPTX or Word. Office07 or 10 docs - just do Save As & choose PDF and Bob's your uncle!
I've only ever combined PDFs with Adobe Acrobat writer but there are other apps that supposedly combine PDFs, just google it. Sorry I can't recommend one though!
