Hello! I am relocating for work from Oklahoma City to Jacksonville Fl. In search of an agent who has experience working with investors. Ideally I would like to find a SFH (3/2 minimum) that I can turn into a rental in 1-2 years. Would also consider a live in flip, but cosmetic needs only.

@Adam Thomas Hey man! Welcome to Jacksonville! I too would recommend @Lesley Resnick. She is a great investor friendly Realtor and she also has properties. When you get here, look at the 203k loan program. Happy to help if you are interested. - Jack
