Top 3 skills or attributes a real estate agent should have?

I’d like to here from the BP community on what three attributes or even what three skills a successful licensed agent should possess? Why “three”? Good question. I want a simple list that’s all.

@Greg Stetz, great question, and I'll offer a take from an agent investor POV.  

1. Understanding of financials and basic economic principles
2. Skills in valuing properties
3. The ability to communicate effectively with buyers and sellers.
