Looking for advice on building a team

Realtors that started teams, what was your process?  What tools or resources did/do you employ? What are you doing for recruiting & marketing? How is it going? What advice/tips would you give to someone looking to do the same?

I am looking to start building a team out and am looking for advice from those who have experience doing it.
