@Jalen Howard Lots of moving pieces. Specifically to the OP, trying to virtual wholesale with no knowledge or experience and seeking distressed sellers is a recipe for disaster.
You really dont want to be messing with distressed sellers when your green. Lawsuit waiting to happen, imo.
Good luck, OP

I just hire friends of friends and the like. Flat $10/hr here & if I suspect they are dumping signs instead of placing them, I fire them. I just give them the signs & locations, and leave the rest up to them.
I personally would not hire complete strangers for a job like that unless I absolutely had no choice.
I know some who hire through craigslist ads, and pay a base + bonus/deal. That pay structure seems to help keep people honest.
Good Luck!

Congrats & good luck!
You are a business owner now, treat your career like it. Dont worry too much about commission splits, focus on the broker with the most support & training. That is far more important for a newer agent than a better split. Make sure all your friends and family know your an agent now. Become a very extroverted, social person, if you are not one. Learn from those more experienced than you, and be open to criticism.

Realtors that started teams, what was your process? What tools or resources did/do you employ? What are you doing for recruiting & marketing? How is it going? What advice/tips would you give to someone looking to do the same?
I am looking to start building a team out and am looking for advice from those who have experience doing it.
Thanks in advance.

As others have already said. its actually easier than starting out or dealing with SFHs or dups/tris/quads.
It does have its own unique set of challenges though.
Good luck!
