Broker / Salesman commission split
Looking to renew my license and get it out of holding. I’ve been interviewing brokers. What is a good commission split? When I started 20 years ago it was 50/50.... I was back in the game about 6 years ago for a hot minute before I launched my software company and it was 80/20. Figured I’d ask you guys/gals for your input.
