Hello BP fam,
I have a family member that is looking to get her real estate license in Houston, Tx! I wanted to reach out and see if anyone had any recommendations on where she could obtain her license to become a realtor. Thank you in advance!

I was living in Arkansas when I received my Texas license, so I went through Aceable Agent. I felt it prepared me very well for all but the state portion of the exam. Thankfully, I passed first try, but I could see where it failed me in that aspect. I have heard excellent things about Champions. I believe the in person instruction normally covers the more relevant information in regards to the exam. It took me approximately 2 months to complete the online course. Whatever path they take, I would be happy to help since it is still relatively fresh on my mind(I passed mine back in November). Best of luck to your family member!

Champions school is well known in Texas. Never heard one complaint about them. They offer both in person and online. There are probably cheaper options like on Groupon or CE Shop or other online providers. Some community colleges also offer training.

@James Munoz Aceable Agent is great. It's 100% online and I pass on my first attempt after preparing for 2months.
I can share more details about my personal experience.
