Has anyone else had their MLS continuously CRASH and freeze?

Hi,

I'm a new real estate agent in New York and I'm trying to get work done using HGAR/OneKeyMLS. While viewing the map and property information the website keeps crashing. Has anyone else had this type of thing happen to them? Just curious if this is normal for the MLS or not. Thank you!
