Hi, are there any updated tutorials on how to use the calculators (for cash flow on a typical SFR)? I work as a real estate agent and people ask me for good deals all the time. Thank you!

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone used the Tim and Julie Harris program for training as an agent? If yes, what are your thoughts on it? Did you have a coach?
All the best,

Hi,
Is premium membership worth it for a brand new agent? I'm all for spending money on real estate education and programs, etc. - but is it worth it for me yet/at the beginning?
Thank you!

Hi,
Towards the beginning of the book, the author talks about Renting vs. Buying. Did anyone understand what the final answer was i.e. which one is better? Or was the answer that each one has it's place?
Thank you!

Hi,
When I originally created my BP account I wrote/clicked that I'm "New To Real Estate" but I want to change that now that I'm licensed as a real estate agent. Does anybody know how to do that?
Thank you!

Hi,
I recently started working as a real estate agent in Rockland County, New York and I REALLY want to succeed. I have a few friends and clients looking for rentals. Unfortunately, the MLS and Craigslist don't have that many choices available in my/their area. Does anyone know where else I can look to find rentals?
Also, I'm assuming if it's a rental apartment building (as opposed to CO-OP and CONDO), there's no commission involved?
I was thinking about looking in the classifieds of local papers but how can I tell if it's an illegal basement apartment vs. a duplex or legal apartment?
Thank you!

Hi @Abel Curiel and @George Hermann,
Thank you for your response! The crash was specifically happening in when viewing the map/information about properties in a specific area. I was fine for a few days but all of sudden yesterday after some use it kept freezing and crashing.
