Bank asking for salary account
The bank I plan on contacting for my first deal (I haven't seen a property yet, just want to create a relationship) are requesting I have a salary account with them. I'm not looking to be a salary earner, I want to be a full time Real Estate investor. I'm planning to start with house hacking (with a multi family house like triplex or four Plex)What's your opinion, how should I handle the bank?
