Fort Lauderdale Agents!

Brandon W Park
Posted

Hi there,

I am a new investor and also new to the Fort Lauderdale market. I'd love to connect with some investor-friendly agents in the area as I dive into this world of RE investing (with the help of the BP community of course). If anyone has any leads or referrals, I'd love to know. Thank you fam!

Brandon

@Reese Newell

My name is Kyle Shea, and I currently reside in California. I would like to purchase a property in southeast Florida, such as Fort Lauderdale or Tampa / St. Petersburg area. I am in the process of obtaining a loan and would like to spend between $100k to $200k on a property (maybe with cash), preferably a condo in a good area that needs a little bit of work, which we will have to update, so I can plan on doing a cash-out refinance within six months. If this project goes well, I would like to do the same thing again within another six months. I have a few goals and questions if you have time to answer.
