Using Accept.inc to make a cash offer

Becky Deaver
Posted

I'm at the beginning stages of looking to purchase my first STR. A realtor that I'm having discussions with recommended applying at Accept.inc in order to make a cash offer when we buy a property. I know nothing about this and it seems way too good to be true. I'd love any info about this that anyone can offer!!

@Becky Deaver google search them.  Then read the reviews.  Pay attention to just the BUYER reviews.  There's a lot of "other" types of reviews on there but the BUYER ones are the most telling.  If your realtor is saying that he/she has worked with them, ask for the buyer that used them and ask them for their honest opinion.  See how that goes.  Trust your instinct on these things.
