Who do you bank with ?

Hi ! I'm looking to establish an account with a regional bank in the Hampton Roads Area, Any reccomendations or preferences by those in the BP community use. Looking to start with a joint checking account first and build the relationship from there.

I ended up banking with chase for my accounts but loans we get from varying sources.

Beat t use a mortgage banker or mortgage broker as they will likely have better pricing and more programs

Interesting, I figured they'd be easier to build a relationship with and use for investments. Do you usually stick to the bigger banks for your loans ?

a regiional bank is  fine  for your checking / savings  account needs ...they likely wont be  your  best  bet  for  loans  in the future

Have you tried Primis bank? They are in the Williamsburg area and they lend to one of my clients who is big in fix and flip investments.

Nice! How did you find your broker? Was their criteria you used or just shopped for the best rates by calling around ?
