New investor needing good lender
Hello,
My partner and I are new to investing and are planning to start via house hacking. We are looking to find a lender who can work with first time investors/buyers, who we can build a great relationship with as we continue our journey. My partner owns his own business which he started about 1.5 years and I’m a W2 employee. We would like to purchase property #1 around the end of summer, so want to connect with someone early to make sure we are ready to start come fall!
