Stay away from any company that offers you a Loan modification or a foreclosure "Audit" and what ever new name they call it now a days.  If you are facing a hardship and getting close to going into foreclosure reach out to a Bankruptcy attorney.  You can file a Chapter 13 which will protect your home and its a clean way out.

When you file a CH.13 BK its not the end of the world it simply protects your home since its your homestead from foreclosure.  You go in front of a judge they appoint a trustee and you make scheduled payments usually smaller than the previous payment until you get caught up and a head.

In most cases you can rebuild your credit scores while you are making payments back to the trustee.  You can also refinance a home after making 12 monthly payments to the trustee and each case is different.

A loan modification 100% of the time requires money up front and if they do not they can cost you your home if their little "Audit" or plan does not work.  Meaning if they cannot find a fault in the paperwork or reach settlement it can cost more in the long run.  Plus you pay more interest over time lost on a modification.

Agree with other posts. First there is no pictures of people or who this company is. They don’t mention about being licensed. Most of these companies are fraudulent (not saying they are) and take advantage of those in distress

If you are behind on your mortgage speak to your mortgage company - we buy defaulted debt and nothing good comes out of ignoring or avoiding the conversation. Try and work something out if not get a pro bono attorney through the state who may help

I would highly suggest asking the following questions before sending ANY sensitive information:

1. Are they licensed?

2. Do they have a physical address?

3. Do they have any Google reviews?

4. Are there any social media pages they are associated with?

5. Is there a name, face, phone number, and email?

@Suzette Gonzalez a company needs to be a licensed agent/broker in California to deal with short sales.  In 2008 I was helping homeowners through the great financial crisis and there were lots of people taking advantage of homeowner's by asking for money upfront with foreclosures.
