Agree with other posts. First there is no pictures of people or who this company is. They don’t mention about being licensed. Most of these companies are fraudulent (not saying they are) and take advantage of those in distress
If you are behind on your mortgage speak to your mortgage company - we buy defaulted debt and nothing good comes out of ignoring or avoiding the conversation. Try and work something out if not get a pro bono attorney through the state who may help
