I have a few lead gen sources for mortgage leads, however, my primary source has recently had a massive drop in quality. 

Do any of you know of any current decently converting lead sources for mortgage?

 Love to hear what others are doing since it is so competitive right now. We have found building and nurturing existing relationships has provided best bang for buck
