DSCR lender for 6-unit in Indianapolis – anyone used Easy Street or RCN?
I’m working on financing a 6-unit multifamily property in Indianapolis. It’s in a commercial zone that does allow six residential units, and it’s currently used as long-term rentals.

Target: 75–80% LTV, 30-year amortization, likely in an LLC
Has anyone here closed a similar 5+ unit DSCR deal with Easy Street Capital or RCN Capital?
