Real estate portfolio line of credit

Can anybody provide recommendations for lenders that are willing to do a line of credit on a portfolio of long-term rental properties?

We have seen loans against portfolios, have not really seen true lines of credit against assets. Out of curiosity if someone is familiar with these what types of terms do they typically offer (rate / ratios, recourse?)
