Refinance Questions regarding Cost Breakdown of Improvements Made

When a refinance banker asks for a "Cost breakdown for improvements made"

What is the best format and the best categories to use to breakdown the costs?

I have tons of expenses, many from Home Depot, which I could classify as "Building Materials" or do I have to break those down further?

Thank you for advice, this is one of the most difficult areas for me to break down.  The reason it has been so difficult to do a detailed cost breakdown is because this was a gigantic $150K renovation, from top to bottom, on 3 units, that took about 10 months to complete. Purchases from Home Depot were for materials for multiple jobs on the renovation, not just one particular job, so a receipt is very hard to breakdown into "bathroom" "kitchen" "drywall"  "paint" "doors" etc. However, I want to do this right, so any advice on how to present the "Cost Breakdown for improvements made" would be very appreciated. Thank you
