QM Mortgage Lender/National
I am looking to work with a company that is good with handling QM mortgages and able to close loans nationally.
We have 18 properties that will need to be refinanced in the next 6 months for our "Rent to Own" tenants. Does anyone know of a good mortgage broker that knows how to handle challenging files, and can handle loans nationally or a Mid Size shop that is in this space? I have been looking at Oak Tree Wholesale but would like to find the right home (no pun intended, but funny) for these types of files.
