How do I find local mortgage brokers in Los Angeles? Our buyer was ready to close escrow on November 12. Union Bank already had the appraisal 2 weeks ago then today they inform the buyer the loan is denied. I heard you should go through a local broker but the buyer chose this bank. Can anyone suggest a good local mortgage broker in the Los Angeles area? Thanks.
