Preapproval letter!! Need some info
I'm a realtor who is trying to understand more about a preapproval letter. Can I have my buyers everytime before we shop for homes, can I get them preapproved first? My lender indicates that I cant bc of overloading the underwriters with buyers bout to close and ones who havent started looking. Is it normal to have a buyer recommend to the lender for a preapproval instead of a prequalification letter?
