Deed Transfer Texas LLC
I own a property free and clear and want to transfer it to an LLC that I am part of and the LLC is registered with the state of Texas. Do All I need to do is fill out a Special Warrantee deed and file with the county? Seems like it is that simple, but could be wrong.
