Thanks I do have the exact legal description. It’s in the deed where my name is on it.  So really just need to change the grantor and grantee and that should be all it takes.  Simple. I do like easy breezy.  The Llc and property are in Texas. Thanks for the help.

I own a property free and clear and want to transfer it to an LLC that I am part of and the LLC is registered with the state of Texas. Do All I need to do is fill out a Special Warrantee deed and file with the county? Seems like it is that simple, but could be wrong.
