Ohio Commerical Financing
I am potentially interested in buying a 5+ unit property near Dayton, OH. I don’t live in Ohio anymore so I was wondering if anyone knows of a commercial lender who can finance a non-Ohio resident with wants to buy an Ohio property. Thanks!
