Looking for someone to check on our projects
Hello, I am looking for an "inspector" of sorts. Someone who I can pay to check on construction. I'm also looking for someone who I can pay to go in and quickly get an inspection performed on a potential deal. Essentially perform an inspection on the properties current condition and potential areas that need work. The intent is to keep the contractor from bouncing around prospective deals that don't pan out.
Would love any recommendations.
